Refund policy.

At Cake life Co we take great pride in creating high quality cakes and desserts for our customers. Since our products are made fresh and customized to order, we have a strict refund policy to ensure fairness to both parties.

1. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled up to 14 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date for a partial refund.

All Deposits are nonrefundable.

Cancellations made within 48 to 72 hours of the pickup or delivery date may be subject to a partial refund, depending on the stage of preparation.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your cake or order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 1 hour of receipt with clear photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or partial refund.

We cannot accept responsibility for damage after the cake has been delivered or picked up if its caused by mishandling or incorrect storage.

3. No Refunds on Custom Orders

Custom cakes, including designs, flavors, and messages, are nonrefundable after the order has been confirmed and production has begun.

If there is an issue with the design, flavor, or quality, we will work with you to resolve it, but we do not offer refunds for customer preferences regarding customization.

4. Quality Assurance

We take great care to ensure that every cake we create meets our high quality standards. If you have any concerns about the quality of your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can address it to your satisfaction.
